Complete the manicure or the application of artificial nails and apply the gel color of your choice. Apply a layer of Non Wipe Top Coat, sprinkle with the Shiny Effect Powder of your choice and cure for 60''. After curing, remove the excess powder from the cuticles and the lateral folds of the nail with a soft dust remover brush.  If you desire a smoother result, apply an extra layer of TOP COAT NON WIPE and polymerize again.
