After completing the manicure procedure, apply Base Coat or Graphen Base. Then, with a pusher, pour the powder onto the tacky layer of the Base and cure. After removing it from the lamp, use a Duster Brush to dust off the excess amount of powder. Finish with No Wipe Top Coat. TIPS: For a sugar effect result, after curing your base, apply a layer of No Wipe Top Coat and before curing it apply the powder and put it under the lamp. Αfter dusting off the excess amount of powder, don't finish with a Top Coat so that it remains embossed!
